The Role:
We're looking for a Window and Door Sales Designer to join our bustling showrooms, offering a wide range of uPVC and Aluminium products. You'll work from provided leads and earn a competitive commission.
While we prefer self-employed candidates, we are open to considering employed positions. Our amazing showrooms feature extensive displays, the latest online presentation tools, and a dedicated presentation room with VR and a large screen. - Proven Experience: Demonstrated success in a similar customer-facing setting - Professional Appearance: As the first impression of our company, you must be smart and professional - Customer-Centric: Passionate about helping customers and delivering excellent service - Goal-Oriented: Highly motivated with a track record of meeting or exceeding targets
Sales Consultant
Key Responsibilities:
- Attend qualified appointments, both in customers homes and using some of the latest online design tools, listening to their requirements and helping them by offering the very latest and most innovative home improvement products - Meeting homeowners and helping them to create their dream new living space or window and door design using our unique design software and product range - Working flexibly to visit new and existing customers who have shown an interest in our New Living Space or window or door designs, giving meaningful advice on issues like planning and building regulations; full training is given in these areas - Build effective relationships which will contribute to the business success through the delivery of exceptional customer service - You will be responsible for listening to the Customer, understand their needs, be curious and question to gather the ideas needed to create the desired design - Based predominantly at our Welwyn Garden City site, you will be comfortable with being responsible for opening and closing the showroom; often working from the site alone
