Cadrans Fluckiger SAMechanic-Adjuster (M/F)Mission In this role, at our Cadrans workshop, you will independently ensure a set of simple adjustments as well as production monitoring on dials and appliques.Responsibilities - Perform complete simple adjustments on Kern and Witech machines. - Loading and unloading of machines. - Flattening and deburring of parts throughout the progress of production and carry out continuous actions. - Maintain production tools and organize the workspace in accordance with Philippe's standards and established 5S practices. Profile - AFP specialty in mechanics, micromechanics (or equivalent). - 1 to 3 years of experience in a similar role with knowledge of CNC turning and milling machines (3-axis machines) with numerical control. - Good visual acuity and dexterity. - Ability to learn quickly, cooperate, and communicate effectively. - Capable of managing complexity, uncertainty, and ambiguity.
