JD: 15+ Years of Fixture Design and Development Experience. Mechanical Engineering background. Experience from Semiconductor industry. Should know the DFMA connects Should have the manufacturing knowledge. Core Responsibilities Fixture Development: Lead the full lifecycle of custom manufacturing fixtures and tooling, from initial concept and CAD modeling to detailed 2D drawings and production. Cross Functional Collaboration: Partner with manufacturing, quality, and design engineers to define requirements and ensure fixtures integrate seamlessly into production lines. Design Optimization: Use UG NX, Teamcenter to design for usability, manufacturability (DFM), and maintainability. Validation Testing: Perform alignment checks, tolerance stack ups, and verification testing to ensure all tools meet safety and performance standards. Continuous Improvement: Identify inefficiencies in existing tooling and implement upgrades to reduce cycle times and quality defects. Mentorship: Guide junior designers and engineers, providing technical feedback and design reviews to elevate team competency. "*** is an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
