This is a highvisibility, highimpact role for a driven commercial professional ready to lead strategic accounts, grow new business, and represent a trusted brand known for technical excellence and collaboration. A Day in the Life As a key commercial leader in your territory, you will:
* Own and grow a strategic portfolio of customers and prospects, delivering solutions that create measurable value.
* Promote and position APS's engineered plastics portfolio, articulating product characteristics that align with customer needs and specifications.
* Develop strong, trustbased customer relationships through inperson engagement, integrity, and exceptional service.
* Collaborate crossfunctionally with product management, technical, supply chain, and commercial teams to bring resources and solutions forward for customers.
* Lead pricing and contract negotiations, ensuring agreements align with business objectives and value capture targets.
* Actively participate in annual business planning, helping shape commercial strategy.
* Deliver accurate forecasts and support demand planning across divisions.
* Ensure compliance in all commercial processes, including contracts, pricing, and documentation.
* Communicate regularly with leadership and peers through weekly calls, reporting, and sales meetings.
* Consistently execute APS business goals, meeting and exceeding sales expectations.
* Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new opportunities and track progress through Salesforce.

5 years of sales experience within plastics compounding
* Highly mobile and adaptable, willing to travel (50%) and potentially relocate as needed.

* Organized, accountable, and proactive, able to identify opportunities, manage existing business, and close new deals.
* Highenergy, sustaining strong engagement and performance.
* A trusted partner, building internal and external relationships rooted in integrity.

* A master of time management, balancing multiple priorities effectively.
* Digitally fluent, leveraging Microsoft 365, SAP, and other tools to analyze data and collaborate.
