TTEC is hiring an Inbound Chat Sales Representative in Tempe, AZ . This person would be responsible for driving consultative B2B sales through inbound chat engagements with small business clients. The ideal candidate has 3+ years of sales experience, strong B2B consultative selling skills, and the ability to assess customer needs and close opportunities using persuasive written communication. Requirements: • Minimum 3 years of sales experience • Proven success in B2B consultative sales • Ability to assess customer needs and recommend tailored solutions • Strong business acumen and data-driven decision-making skills • Excellent written communication and persuasive negotiation skills • Experience collaborating with cross-functional teams • High school diploma or equivalent • Basic computer proficiency • Typing speed of at least 35 WPM
