The mission of the Daycare Reception Network Broye in Payerne (ARAJ Broye) is to provide childcare for young children in the Broye region and to form our new team for the daycare in Granges-Près-Marnand (22 places) which will open on August 10. We are looking for a permanent position in early childhood. Your mission:- Actively participate in the opening of the daycare and its setup- Ensure quality welcoming of the children and act in accordance with the legal cantonal framework- Ensure a safe, caring, and stimulating environment- Support children in their development- Promote pedagogical reflection and accompany the child in the group- Maintain a communication and listening relationship with parents and create a trustful environment- Prepare and conduct meetings with parents, participate in networks specific to the field- Foster good relationships with colleagues and management- Team spirit- Utilize the tools providedYour profile:- Holder of an ES/HES degree in the field of early childhood and/or social work, according to the directives of the regulatory authority- Confirmed experience in a collective preschool care structureWorkplace: Granges-près-MarnandWork rate: Between 60% and 100% (start date: from July 1st or as per job contract: permanent position)Salary conditions: CCCT Early ChildhoodApplication deadline: March 11We look forward to receiving your complete application (CV, cover letter, diploma, work certificates) until March 11 on JobUp.
