Currently, for our headquarters located in Bienne, we are seeking for our department a (M/F) Missions: Ensure the adjustment of existing products and the monitoring of production of a CNC machine fleet Responsibilities: Guarantee a compliant production of quality and quantity according to the line objectives Perform adjustments and tool changes according to the visual and dimensional order of production parts Perform SPC monitoring and production entries Carry out preventive maintenance on CNC machines Communicate between the teams 2x8 Train and enhance the skills of first level participants Participate in process locking (R&R, Capability) with the setting mechanics and the 5S on the production line Skills: CFC in the field of mechanics or deemed equivalent Confirmed CNC experience, Bumotec would be an advantage in technologies (Citizen M16, M32, L12, Bumotec, Tornos would be an advantage for reading dimensional and geometric plans) Person who is rigorous, organized, and flexible Team spirit, proactivity, and ability to work independently Willing to work in a team (2x8) What we offer: A friendly work environment in a family-like setting 5 weeks of vacation and 2 additional weeks on a daily basis Working hours to be covered by health insurance Discounts with numerous partners Good social conditions jidd52dc83aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
