• Provides resident centered personal care including bathing, toileting, grooming, dressing/undressing, obtaining vital signs, psychosocial support and other personal cares. Assists residents in transferring, repositioning and walking using correct and appropriate transfer techniques and equipment; Completes tasks related to dining and food preparation. Assists residents with meals and snacks, provides water and supplements as appropriate. Accurately documents outcomes related to resident cares, medications/treatments, behaviors, activities and dietary. Provides housekeeping and laundry services to assist residents with keeping living areas clean and operational; follows consistent hand washing and Personal Protective Equipment use. Provides assistance/documentation with wellness and recreational programs and encourages residents to participate. Must possess a desire to work with residents in sub-acute care and long term care.
