In order to respond to a demand for growth, we are looking for the following profile for a mixed position at the Biel site: A General Practitioner (F and/or D) VIVA Clinic / Walk-in Clinic Job Description This mixed position between the VIVA general medicine clinic (longitudinal follow-up) and the Walk-in Clinic (acute care without appointment) offers you a great variety of clinics in an environment integrating the VIVA clinic in Biel. You join an integrated system focused on facilitating coordinated pathways, active prevention, and daily interdisciplinary practice. In this role, your general activities would be: - Conduct medical consultations to diagnose, treat, and follow a wide variety of conditions while ensuring the general health of patients through comprehensive health assessments, including clinical examinations, medical history, and prescriptions. Take into account patients' medical histories to offer personalized and adapted advice. - Carry out regular follow-ups, ensuring global, preventive care, and management of acute cases, keeping medical records up to date, ensuring precise traceability of consultations and treatments administered. - Conduct prevention actions, including screening, and provide advice on lifestyle. - Keep your medical knowledge updated and regularly train to provide quality health services. - Collaborate with other specialists if necessary, within the framework of patient care. - General practitioner or family doctor recognized in Switzerland or eligible for equivalence. - Registration or recognition by MEBEKO in Switzerland or in the process. - Proven experience in general medicine and managing a varied patient population. - Competence in managing preventive health and chronic diseases. - Ability to work in a team and collaborate with other health professionals. - Excellent communication skills and ability to establish a trusting relationship with patients. - You are comfortable in French and German (Swiss-German preferred), proficiency in any other language is a plus.
