Building CFC / HES-SO Architect (80-100%) About us We are a dynamic architecture firm composed of a team of around 10 architects working on various projects including new constructions. We are looking for a motivated and experienced person, capable of easily transitioning between multiple projects and wishing to invest long-term within our team. Missions - Management of projects throughout all phases - Development of preliminary projects and inquiry documents - Establishment of offer estimates, measurements, and execution plans at scales 1:50 and 1:20 - Development of technical details and 3D modeling - Site supervision and coordination with contractors (optional) Desired profile - CFC in building or HES-SO Architect diploma (or equivalent) - Minimum 5 years of professional experience in Switzerland - Good knowledge of current norms, laws, and regulations - Independent, versatile, and proactive person - Ability to work both in a team and independently - Valid Swiss driving license Technical skills - Proficiency in Archicad software - Good command of CAD tools - Basic knowledge of MS Office or equivalent We offer - Varied and stimulating projects - A dynamic work environment and a human-sized team - Real autonomy in project management - Activity rate: 80-100% - Starting date: immediately or as agreed We look forward to receiving your complete application (cover letter, CV, and possible portfolio). jidada75e7aen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
