They do so independently, diligently, and with a sense of purpose. As part of your duties, you will participate in the management of court files. In this capacity, you will be responsible for receiving and distributing incoming mail, ensuring the establishment and follow-up of simple files (data entry in the system, drafting letters based on existing templates, preparing envelopes for mailing, etc.), taking minutes (either spontaneously or by dictation) of hearings and interviews. Finally, you will be the first point of contact to welcome and inform litigants and other services, whether at the counter or by phone.You hold a Federal Certificate of Proficiency (CFC) as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification along with relevant professional experience for the position. Recognized for your reliability and discretion, you are committed to public service values and are eager to provide quality service to users. Autonomous, you can organize your work with rigor and efficiency. You prioritize tasks judiciously, even under pressure, and actively contribute to a positive and supportive team spirit. Your perfect command of the French language, both written and spoken, is complemented by excellent typing skills. Comfortable with various tools, especially the Office Suite, you use these resources effectively in your work.
