The Medical-Social Centers' mission is to help people of all ages who are dependent or in health issues to stay in their living environment for as long as possible and to support caregivers. The ASPMAD, with its 9 CMS X 950, cares for clients at home annually and serves 105 municipalities in the North. Our CMS in Yverdon-Ouest is looking for a certified ASSC at 80%, for a start of employment in Yverdon-Ouest.Your missions:You contribute, with your skills, to the optimal quality of interventions with clients. As an ASSC, you ensure the tasks delegated to you (technical nursing care and basic care as well as household assistance) while respecting the care objectives. Additionally, you participate in the care file. You cooperate in multidisciplinary teamwork with the various teams of the CMS, with a view to tailored care.Profile:You hold a CFC of ASSC or an equivalent title recognized by the Red Cross. Besides having a clear interest in elderly care and home support, you are autonomous and work in a multidisciplinary manner. You are flexible (days, evenings, and weekends/hours) and possess a driving license and, ideally, a vehicle.
