In order to strengthen its team, the AVS Interprofessional Fund for Companies in Romandy, FER CIAM Geneva, is looking for a Bankruptcy Collections Manager. Bankruptcy Collections ManagerYour mission:You will support the team in managing and monitoring bankruptcy case files.Main activities:- Physical and telephone reception of affiliates;- Processing all correspondence from bankrupt affiliates;- Receipt and processing of documents from bankruptcy offices;- Control of payments and movements of ARD enforcement, fees;- Control of acts of deficiencies in assets and decisions and follow-up of civil procedures against CIAM (ARD) responsible bodies;- Drafting of criminal reports (CIAM X);- Follow-up of criminal procedures against responsible bodies;- Management and editing of decisions regarding the suspension of payments in the context of criminal proceedings and claims for damages (ARD);- Following up on the documentation of files for the service of projects, notably to ensure the smooth running of processes.You hold a vocational diploma as a commercial employee or an equivalent qualification;You have prior experience in the field of bankruptcies;You possess excellent knowledge in the areas of AVS/AI/APG/AC contributions and other dedicated tasks;You have excellent writing skills and perfect mastery of the French language;You are comfortable with standard tools (Word, Excel, and Outlook);You are a Swiss national or holder of a valid permit.Skills and competencies:- You have a strong interest in social insurance;- You are organized, reliable, and rigorous in your work;- You communicate clearly and possess good listening skills and interpersonal skills;- You work autonomously while fostering a team spirit.Offer:An interesting and demanding position within the largest AVS interprofessional fund;You will benefit from:- A stimulating environment and opportunities for continuous professional development;- Competitive social benefits;- A respected work-life balance.Interested in this position?
