Deployed across multiple sites, the Institution of Lavigny is 80% in CDI. Comprising a neurological hospital at two sites, two housing departments for adults with disabilities, one with intellectual disabilities and the other with physical disabilities, a specialized school, and a Plein Soleil sector and site in Lausanne, it is a unique living and care place in the Canton of Vaud. It offers short or long-term accommodation, socio-cultural activities, and day care for people with neurological diseases or brain injuries. We are looking for our socio-cultural sector for an 80% CDI. You actively contribute to the design and follow-up of the individualized project of each resident and work closely in an interdisciplinary manner with care teams and medical-therapeutic professionals to ensure coherence, fluidity, quality, and continuity of support, in a person-centered approach. You also contribute to the implementation of activities that support the development, autonomy, well-being, and better living together of the individuals welcomed, in connection with their life projects. Joining our institution also means entering a work environment rich in expertise, where you collaborate with neuropsychologists, physiotherapists, occupational therapists, speech therapists, nurses, and other professionals involved in multidimensional team exchanges; symposiums and collective reflection nourish and enhance the quality of support. We require: A degree in the social field (ES, HES, or deemed equivalent), confirmed experience in supporting people with disabilities, good networking and interdisciplinary work skills, proactive mindset, reflective attitude on one's professional practice and ability to question oneself, sense of organization and scheduling flexibility, mastery of project methodology and usual tools, B driver's license.
