D365CE Solution Architect £80,000-£90,000 per annum | Permanent | Hybrid We are seeking an experienced Solution Architect to lead the design, planning, and delivery of modern technology solutions across the Microsoft ecosystem. This role will work closely with stakeholders, technical teams, and project leads to ensure high‑quality, scalable, and well‑designed solutions. Key Responsibilities Lead the technical design and architecture of solutions across Dynamics 365 and the wider Microsoft stack. Oversee end‑to‑end delivery, including planning, design, build, testing, and deployment. Collaborate with clients and internal teams to understand requirements and translate them into effective technical designs. Guide development teams, ensuring best practices, standards, and solution quality are maintained. Support pre‑sales activities, scoping, and technical input where required. Identify risks, propose improvements, and recommend new technologies or approaches. Ensure solutions align with architectural principles, security guidelines, and long‑term scalability. Skills & Experience Proven experience as a Solution Architect within the Microsoft ecosystem. Strong background in Dynamics 365 and/or Power Platform solution design. Solid understanding of integrations, cloud technologies, and modern architectural patterns. Ability to produce high‑quality technical documentation and solution designs. Excellent communication skills with the ability to work with both technical and non‑technical stakeholders. Strong problem‑solving abilities and a proactive, collaborative approach
