Join our innovative fulfillment center in Los Angeles, California, as a Fulfillment Associate! We are seeking enthusiastic individuals to play a key role in our fast-paced logistics operations. Your primary responsibilities will include picking and packing customer orders accurately and efficiently, maintaining inventory levels, and ensuring the smooth flow of goods through our facility. This role is essential for delivering exceptional customer service and maintaining the high standards of our e-commerce business. We are dedicated to providing a safe working environment, which includes comprehensive training on Safety protocols and the mandatory use of appropriate PPE. Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick items for customer orders using scanning devices.
- Pack orders with care, ensuring proper protection for contents and correct labeling.
- Receive and stock incoming merchandise, verifying quantities and quality.
- Conduct regular inventory checks and contribute to maintaining stock accuracy.
- Operate warehouse equipment safely as needed.
- Maintain a clean, organized, and safe work environment, adhering to all Safety guidelines.
- Utilize required PPE, such as gloves and safety glasses, when performing tasks.
- Assist with shipping processes and ensure orders are ready for dispatch.
- Collaborate with team members to meet daily fulfillment targets in a logistics setting.
- Perform other duties as assigned to support warehouse operations.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a warehouse, fulfillment, or logistics role is a plus.
- Ability to stand and walk for extended periods and perform moderate Lifting (up to 30 lbs).
- Strong attention to detail and commitment to accuracy.
- Good communication and teamwork skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced and deadline-driven environment.
- Understanding and application of Safety procedures.
- Willingness to wear PPE as required.
