We are hiring Warehouse Workers to join our team in Colorado Springs, Colorado. As a Warehouse Worker, you will be involved in a variety of tasks including receiving, stocking, picking, packing, and shipping materials. You will play a vital part in ensuring that products move smoothly through the facility, meeting operational demands and customer expectations. This position requires physical stamina, attention to detail, and the ability to follow instructions accurately. You will work collaboratively with other team members to achieve daily goals and contribute to the overall success of our logistics operations. Responsibilities:
- Receive, unload, and store incoming inventory.
- Pick and pack orders accurately according to instructions.
- Load and unload trucks for shipping and receiving.
- Organize and maintain inventory in designated areas.
- Operate hand trucks, pallet jacks, and other warehouse equipment.
- Keep the warehouse clean, organized, and free of hazards.
- Follow all safety procedures, including the correct use of PPE and proper lifting techniques.
- Identify and report any damaged goods or safety concerns.
- Assist with inventory counts and stocktaking.
- Contribute to team efforts and support operational goals in logistics.
Qualifications:
- High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
- Previous warehouse experience is an advantage, but not required.
- Ability to perform physical tasks, including standing, bending, and lifting.
- Capacity to lift up to 50 lbs.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment like pallet jacks.
- Understanding and adherence to safety regulations, including PPE.
- Strong work ethic and reliability.
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions.
- Good teamwork and communication skills.
- Willingness to learn and adapt to different tasks.
