Engineer in or Mechanics Work location: Sion Your mission: You provide technical support for special maintenance tasks and carry out studies and renewal projects for the mechanical sector of hydropower plants. You take on tasks in collaboration with other engineers in the mechanics unit and provide technical support in your tasks: Technical support for maintenance managers in various hydropower plants Developing and implementing technical solutions for small and large hydropower projects Budgeting services, preparing offers, and providing technical support Project management while adhering to costs, deadlines, and quality Organizing and coordinating supplier deployments in collaboration with the maintenance managers of the various sites Participating in assessments and evaluations of usability Participating in the repair of the corrosion protection of hydropower plants on pressure lines Updating the technical documentation of the plants Your qualifications: Degree in engineering (ETH or FH) in mechanical engineering 5 years of experience in the industry, with 3 years in hydropower being advantageous Experience in the area of (selection, properties, usability assessment, risk analysis) Experience in project management, capable of handling various tasks simultaneously Independence, analytical and synthesis skills Native German or French speaker with very good knowledge of the other language We are one of the leading companies in our sector and offer you excellent employment conditions, training opportunities, and a motivating work environment.
