Financial Analyst Job Description As a financial analyst within the Task Force (TF) of the Economic Promotion Service (SPEI) dedicated to the crisis management case, you are capable of providing sharp expertise, a critical reading of financials, and rigorous support in analyzing cases. You will operate in a demanding environment, with high economic and institutional stakes, where rigor, discernment, and reliability of analyses are essential. Responsibilities Execute audit missions, under the supervision of reviewing experts, as part of the control of crisis aid granted to companies impacted by COVID-19. Identify financial or compliance risks and clearly communicate the legal issues to the stakeholders of the Legal Unit. Collect, structure, and validate all necessary documents and financial data to prepare audit opinions and decisions for the reviewing experts, in accordance with the methodology defined by the service. Participate in and implement proposals and audit plans of a broader nature; please refer to the specifications by clicking here or contact Minh Yen Nguyen, Deputy Financial Manager of the SPEI, with a degree in management and/or economics from a university or HES or a federal diploma as a fiduciary specialist required. Degree in finance and controlling with 5 years of experience in the financial and accounting field, gained within a medium to large enterprise or in the public sector. Excellent mastery of financial analysis, knowledge of the legal and regulatory framework applicable in a public context or understanding of Swiss accounting standards and advanced analytical and reporting tools.
