Residence Miremont accommodates 26 residents with loss of autonomy related to age or illness, cognitive disorders, or memory issues. To complete its team, we are looking for a Nurse Manager. Your role. As a manager, you bring together an interdisciplinary team and work closely with the Hotel Coordinator. Directly under the Accommodation Management, you plan, organize, and evaluate care and support services, participate in the professional life of the team, and in the admission process of the residents. Profile. Bachelor's degree in nursing, with additional qualification as a clinician, or a mastery of PLEX and PLAISIR tools for clinical and financial management would be an asset. You would collaborate closely with the nursing coordinators from other sites in a cross-institutional project logic. Proven experience in managing a care/support sector in an EMS X for advanced-age residents. Knowledge of the Montessori method is a plus. Innovative mindset, good listening skills, fluency in French, and proficiency with common digital tools.What we offer.
