Well established in the Geneva area, we are a medium-sized property management company that manages properties in both free and subsidized sectors on behalf of various owners, such as real estate companies, property owners' associations, pension funds, municipalities, etc. We are looking for a TECHNICIAN for the central management of the QUAI VERNETS district, at 50%. We offer an interesting, varied, and dynamic position whose function will consist of managing the central management of the Quai Vernets district, in tandem with the neighborhood manager and the project manager within specific responsibilities. - Reception desk operations: welcome and respond to customer inquiries, receive and process phone calls and emails, manage incoming and outgoing mail, manage coworking spaces, and handle archiving.- Respond to concierge requests and act as a liaison between concierges and management.- Management and control of access points for motorized vehicles and authorized personnel.- Conduct regular rounds in sectors A and B and monitor Ecopoints.- Management of work orders and invoices.- Establishment of budgets.- Maintenance management.- Attend meetings with representatives of the authorities.- Observe and report any issues related to the surveillance and security of the district.- Ensure maintenance and updates of signage within the district.- Ensure the proper functioning of the TPG (Public Transport Geneva) terminal and its maintenance.- Ensure the replacement of the neighborhood manager.- Any other tasks that may arise from the specifics of this new role.Experience:- You hold a federal certificate of competence (CFC) in commerce and have professional commercial training or an equivalent qualification.- You can demonstrate solid experience of at least 3 years in a similar role (APGCI/USPI), with perfect command of spoken and written communication; knowledge of another language is a requirement.- Ability to work autonomously, with dynamism.- Have very good skills; know how to manage priorities, demonstrate versatility, and withstand stress.- Maintain a positive attitude and demonstrate excellent interpersonal skills.- Possess excellent writing skills and impeccable spelling.- Master the tools (knowledge of program X is an asset).Work conditions:- Start date: March 15th.- Activity ratio: 50% from Tuesday to Saturday or from Wednesday to Saturday, and all day on Friday.
