We offer a warm welcome, expert and personalized advice, a wide range of products, and more than 50 promotions each year.Building MaintenanceYour responsibilities:- Maintain and clean the interiors of the building- Maintain and clean the exteriors (parking, green areas, trolley park)- Carry out various technical and manual tasks such as painting, electrical work, general upkeep of offices/common areas, and report any defects- Manage the equipment used by the maintenance team and work clothes- Correct or report any issues that may cause discomfort to customers- Manage waste sorting according to legal requirementsYour profile:- You hold a vocational diploma (CFC) in the building field or an equivalent qualification- You are comfortable with manual/technical work and have experience in cleaning large surfaces- Detail-oriented and in good physical condition, you are comfortable working at heights - You are flexible and available (working hours from 5:15 AM to 9:30 PM), including Saturdays- You communicate easily with others and have a good command of FrenchWe offer you:- A varied activity with stable employment, advantageous conditions, and a pleasant work environment- The opportunity to develop your skills in a dynamic environment jid008ecabaen jit0310aen jpiy26aen
