Currently in full expansion, we offer fine cuisine to a regional clientele. On our menu, you will find typical Valais dishes (Valais plate, cheese fondue) as well as brasserie dishes such as veal kidneys with mustard or pig's trotters in Madeira. We are committed to having a menu that caters to all the desires of our clientele. We also work with fish, meats, pasta, and seasonal vegetables. To get an idea, I invite you to visit our site. Our restaurant has a capacity of 40. We need a person with the following skills: - AUTONOMOUS - FAST - SENSE OF - RIGOROUS IN THE - VERY GOOD PERSONAL AND PROFESSIONAL HYGIENE - PERFECT KNOWLEDGE OF HYGIENE AND SECURITY STANDARDS HACCP. Your tasks will include preparing dishes, managing stocks, production schedules, and orders. You will also be required to train the staff accompanying you and maintain the kitchen in a clean and orderly manner. We offer: minimum CHF gross per month - 13th month salary - 5 weeks of vacation per year - consecutive weekly days off (Sunday evening, Monday, and Tuesday) - Possibility of accommodation (payable).
