In order to strengthen our technical development team based in our Manufacturing Dress at Saignelégier, we are looking for a Methods and Process Technician: Participate in product process reviews to define a coherent approach, reconciling technical requirements, quality, costs, and realizing grinding and machining programs for watch casing components, as well as defining the tools and consumables associated with the programs on machines, incorporating performance, repeatability, and industrial robustness criteria. Ensure the coherence of the industrial chain program - tooling - instructions to guarantee the reproducibility of start-up processes. Support production teams during pre-series and start-up phases, ensuring the transfer of skills and process mastery. Development & Continuous Improvement: Contribute to the improvement of processes, methods, and consumables to enhance industrial efficiency. Analyze existing processes and propose techniques to improve productivity, quality, and reliability. Participate in technological monitoring and the development of new processes and finishing techniques. Ensure technical interfaces with subcontractors and partners within the framework of assigned projects. Technical Support to Production: Provide support to teams in resolving technical issues and implementing associated action plans. Actively participate in continuous improvement initiatives with production and methods teams. Contribute to the daily monitoring of processes to ensure their stability and performance in series production. Profile Holder of an X ES degree, a CFC in the mechanical field, or an equivalent qualification, you have a solid experience in the machining and finishing of casing components. You master 5-axis grinding techniques; knowledge in machining is an asset. Comfortable in a machine environment, you possess skills in CAD CAM, ideally on GibbsCAM or equivalent applied to finishing centers. With a strong analytical and synthetic spirit, you know how to take an overarching view of a complete industrial project and propose solutions suited to technical challenges and context. For your qualities, your pedagogy, and your sense of teamwork, you collaborate effectively with various stakeholders.
