Location: On-site / Hybrid in Warren, RI Status: Full Time, Salaried, ExemptExperience: 35 years of professional experienceAbout the RoleWere looking for a Visual Content Designer to join our marketing team and support the execution of refined, elevated creative across digital, print, and social platforms. This role is ideal for a graphics-first designer with strong aesthetic judgment, comfort working with video, and an appreciation for luxury, fashion, or premium lifestyle brands.This is a hands-on, production-driven, multi-disciplinary creative role. Youll work across graphic design, video editing, and photo retouching to support everything from paid media and social content to web design and print materials. Youll collaborate closely with our marketing team and report directly to our Lead Visual Content Designer, giving you meaningful visibility into the brand and creative direction.Were looking for someone agile, detail-oriented, and excited to work across a variety of creative taskssomeone who takes pride in craft and has a strong eye for elevated, cohesive design.What Youll DoDesign and edit visual assets across platforms, including:Paid media (Meta ads, digital campaigns)Social content (static and video)Print materials (postcards, inserts, marketing collateral)Light UX and design support for webEdit and assemble video content for marketing and social platforms.Perform photo editing, retouching, recoloring, and image refinement with a high level of polish.Support seasonal launches, campaigns, and ongoing content needsMaintain consistency across typography, color, imagery, and tone as brand standards continue to formalizeExecute creative concepts with care, precision, and restraint appropriate to a luxury brandTake feedback constructively and iterate thoughtfully, with strong attention to detailBe open to exploring new creative needs as the brand grows.Who You AreA visual designer with 35 years of professional experienceGraphics-first, with strong skills in layout, typography, hierarchy, and compositionPossess refined visual judgment and an elevated design sensibility suited to luxury or premium brandsHighly proficient in Adobe Photoshop (required); experience with other Adobe tools is a plus.Comfortable editing video and working with motion-based content.Detail-obsessed, organized, and comfortable managing multiple projects with guidanceAgile and adaptableexcited to work across different types of creative projects.A thoughtful collaborator who can take direction but also bring ideas to the table.Interested in working on-site in Warren, RI as part of a close-knit creative team.Nice to HaveExperience designing paid social ads or performance marketing creativeFamiliarity with basic UX or web design workflows.Experience in jewelry, fashion, beauty, or lifestyle brands.Comfort working in a fast-paced, evolving creative environment.Why HAVERHILLThis is an opportunity to be part of a growing fine jewelry brand where craftsmanship, meaning, and aesthetics truly matter. At HAVERHILL, youll work on meaningful, real-world creative not speculative projects.
