COMPENSATION AND BENEFITS Optometrist (OD)

• Up to 120K guarantee annual salary plus benefits 
• 160 hours of PTO and 64 hours sick leave 
• No call and no weekends 

RESPONSIBILITIES AND FACILITY DETAILS Optometrist (OD)

• Monday-Friday 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM schedule 
• Must treat all ages 
• Work along side one full-time Optician 

QUALIFICATIONS AND SKILLS Optometrist (OD)

• All experience welcome 
• Must be open to mobile eye exam screening in the community
