What You’ll Do (High Level)
* Evaluate patients and create individualized plans of care
* Deliver hands-on treatment and progress patients toward meaningful goals
* Partner with a supportive, multidisciplinary team (case managers, respiratory therapy, authorizations)
* Keep documentation clear and timely so care stays coordinated and uninterrupted
* Help create a calm, encouraging environment where patients feel safe to try, rebuild, and improve

What You Need
* Graduate of a CAPTE/APTA-accredited PT program
* Active PT license (or eligibility) in the state of hire
* BLS certification (or willingness to obtain)
* A patient-first mindset and strong communication

Pay: From $45.00 per hour
Expected hours: 30 – 40 per week
