In a Nutshell… We have a fantastic opportunity for a Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Developer to join our team within Vistry Services, at our Cheltenham office. As our Dynamics 365 CRM Lead Developer, you will lead the day-to-day administration, enhancement, and optimisation of Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement across the organisation. You will lead and manage internal and external resources to ensure the platform remains stable, efficient, and aligned with business needs, while managing change requests, system updates, integrations, and user support. Act as technical owner for Dynamics 365, ensuring stability, security, and adherence to best practices. Review, prioritise, and implement change requests in collaboration with business stakeholders. Develop and maintain customisations, workflows, automations, dashboards, and integrations. Partner with internal teams and third‑party providers to deliver enhancements and resolve issues. Keep key stakeholders informed on progress and issues. Oversee release management, including testing, deployment, and documentation of updates. Provide second- and third‑line support to users, resolving complex issues and ensuring knowledge sharing. Maintain system governance, data accuracy, and compliance with organisational policies. Proactively identify opportunities to improve processes and maximise Dynamics 365 capabilities.
