Job Summary:
Become a key player in our Philadelphia, Pennsylvania warehouse as a Warehouse Associate! We are looking for motivated individuals to join our team and contribute to the efficient operation of our distribution center. This role involves a variety of tasks critical to our logistics network, including receiving, storing, picking, packing, and shipping goods. You will be responsible for ensuring order accuracy and timely fulfillment, directly impacting customer satisfaction. Our commitment to employee well-being means rigorous adherence to all Safety protocols and the mandatory use of Personal Protective Equipment (PPE ). This position requires physical exertion, including prolonged periods of standing, walking, and the ability to handle frequent lifting of items up to 60 lbs. Responsibilities:
  • Accurately pick and pack orders using scanners and pick lists.
  • Receive, unload, and verify incoming inventory.
  • Stock received goods in designated warehouse locations.
  • Prepare outgoing shipments, ensuring proper packaging and labeling.
  • Conduct regular inventory checks to maintain accuracy.
  • Operate warehouse equipment safely, such as pallet jacks.
  • Maintain a clean and organized workspace, following all Safety regulations.
  • Wear appropriate PPE as required for specific tasks and areas.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve departmental goals in the logistics flow.
  • Perform other duties as assigned by warehouse management.
The ideal candidate will have prior experience in a warehouse or distribution environment. Familiarity with warehouse management systems (WMS) is a plus.
