Responsibilities:
- Accurately pick products from warehouse shelves based on order lists or scanner devices.
- Inspect picked items for damage or defects.
- Pack orders securely and efficiently using appropriate materials.
- Label packages accurately for shipment.
- Stage packed orders for loading onto delivery trucks.
- Maintain a clean and organized workstation and warehouse area.
- Adhere to all company safety policies and procedures.
- Properly wear and maintain all required PPE .
- Assist with inventory counts and stock checks as needed.
- Contribute to overall team goals in a fast-paced environment.
Qualifications:
- Previous experience as a Picker/Packer or in a similar warehouse role is preferred.
- Ability to perform repetitive tasks and stand for extended periods.
- Capacity for moderate to heavy Lifting , up to 40 lbs.
- Good hand-eye coordination and attention to detail.
- Familiarity with warehouse equipment and scanning devices is a plus.
- Strong commitment to workplace safety .
- Ability to work effectively in a team or independently.
- Basic understanding of logistics flow.
- Must be reliable and punctual.
