Seeking a meticulous Inventory Control Specialist to join our dynamic warehouse team in Las Vegas, Nevada. This role is paramount to maintaining the accuracy and integrity of our inventory. You will be responsible for conducting regular cycle counts, performing full physical inventories, and investigating discrepancies to identify root causes. Your work will directly impact our logistics operations by ensuring accurate stock levels, which is crucial for efficient order fulfillment and procurement. You'll utilize warehouse management systems (WMS) to track inventory movements, manage stock locations, and generate reports. Maintaining a clean, organized, and safe work environment is essential. Training on specific protocols, Safety procedures, and the proper use of equipment, including any required PPE, will be provided. While this role is less focused on heavy Lifting, accuracy and analytical skills are key. Understanding inventory management principles within a logistics framework is highly valued.
