What's the Job?
Partner with Global Supply Chain (GSC) and collaborate cross-functionally to drive improvements and resolve hardware non-conformances while maintaining high-quality standards for customers
Support Design for producibility, lean flow, and concurrent Engineering initiatives to optimize manufacturing processes
Assist in hardware qualifications for new processes, process changes, and new equipment, applying knowledge of HGP design and manufacturing
Participate in Supply Chain Kaizens & Lean Action Workouts, proactively engaging in quality and process improvement efforts
Support qualification guidelines, specifications, and address top manufacturing issues related to special processes such as castings, coating, and hole drilling
What's Needed?
Bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited university or college
Minimum of 2 years relevant experience in engineering or manufacturing
Experience with hardware qualification processes and manufacturing support
Knowledge of design and manufacturing principles, including NX, GD&T, and ANSYS Classic (preferred)
Strong teamwork, communication, and interpersonal skills with a customer satisfaction mindset
