Role Overview
As a Staff Electrical Engineer, you will lead FPGA development within an embedded control system involving microcontrollers, motors, and sensors. You will be responsible for RTL coding, simulation, hardware integration, and cross-functional collaboration with electrical, mechanical, and firmware teams.
Key Responsibilities Analyze and document design requirements Perform RTL coding, simulation, and FPGA implementation Assign FPGA pins based on hardware design Maintain HW/SW interface documentation Develop control algorithms for motor drivers and analog front-end circuits Conduct hardware bring-up and troubleshooting Support firmware integration and system testing Apply risk and failure analysis techniques Ensure compliance with regulatory and QMS standards
