Vishay Electronic GmbH in Selb is a production site for passive components. Since 1996 as part of Vishay we have been manufacturing resistors and capacitors. These electronic components are used in medical, entertainment and automotive electronics, among others. Your Skills and Experience:

• Bachelor's degree in marketing communications, business, or a related field.

• At least three years of experience in marketing communications, including proven project management expertise within the field

• Strong English language skills

• Excellent communication, organizational and teamwork skills

• Strong analytical skills with the ability to analyze and evaluate data

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office, Excel and Word

• Flexibility to travel as required

Key Role and Responsibilities:

As a Regional Coordinator, you will

• Act as the central point of contact for regional marketing requests, managing intake and prioritization, coordinating projects through established processes, and ensuring alignment between regional priorities and global marketing objectives while maintaining transparency on progress and capacity.

• Play a key role in enabling efficient collaboration across sales, marketing, and business development teams in support of the Vishay 3.0 strategy.

As part of a Sales Enablement & Events Hub, you will

• Interface with distribution and key account managers to develop and execute campaigns that promote focus products and strengthen Vishay`s market visibility

• Support the planning, execution, and follow-up of trade shows and events across Europe, ensuring smooth coordination and alignment with regional marketing goals.

• Collaborate with global counterparts by sharing best practices and contributing expertise and insights to support cross-regional initiatives and alignment efforts.
