We are seeking an energetic and detail-oriented Senior Project Manager to lead complex projects across diverse business units. *Duties*
* Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of multiple projects within a defined portfolio, ensuring adherence to scope, schedule, budget, and quality standards.
* Develop comprehensive project plans utilizing tools such as Microsoft Project, Primavera P6, or Smartsheet; facilitate project scheduling and resource allocation.
* Apply various project management methodologies including Waterfall, Agile, SAFe (Scaled Agile Framework), and Lean Six Sigma to suit project needs; adapt processes for continuous improvement through Kaizen principles.
* Conduct requirements gathering sessions and perform detailed requirements analysis; translate business needs into clear project scopes and deliverables.
* Manage risk through proactive identification, root cause analysis, and mitigation strategies; utilize earned value management for performance tracking.
* Facilitate effective communication across teams and stakeholders via presentation skills and technical writing; lead meetings to ensure alignment and resolve conflicts promptly.
* Oversee vendor management, contracts, and IT infrastructure integration; coordinate with cross-functional teams using tools like Confluence, SharePoint, Jira, or ServiceNow.
* Drive process modeling and business process reengineering efforts using Visio or similar tools; promote continuous improvement initiatives such as Six Sigma or Lean projects.
* Monitor project progress through data analysis skills; prepare status reports and dashboards for executive review; ensure compliance with PMBOK standards and organizational policies.
*Experience*
* Proven supervising experience leading diverse teams in a fast-paced environment with a focus on project leadership and team management.
* Extensive background in program development, project lifecycle management, scope management, time management, and cost control.
* Demonstrated expertise in applying Agile frameworks such as SAFe or Kanban alongside traditional Waterfall methodologies for successful project execution.
* Strong knowledge of project portfolio management (PPM tools), risk management practices, requirements management software (e.g., Jira), and scheduling tools like Primavera P6 or Microsoft Project.
* Skilled in data collection and analysis to inform decision-making; experience with ERP systems or content management systems is a plus.
* Excellent organizational skills combined with negotiation capabilities to manage vendor relationships effectively.
* Certifications such as PMP (Project Management Professional), Six Sigma Green/Black Belt, or PMI-ACP are highly desirable to validate your expertise in advanced project methodologies.
