Compensation: $100,000 Responsibilities:
* No cold prospecting. Call back property inquiries and requests * Set appointments for our outside sales team * No marketing or advertising necessary * All buyer and seller leads supplied * Accountability and daily reporting
Qualifications:
* High school diploma or GED is required, bachelor's degree preferred * Working knowledge of the sales process and CRM software * 2+ years of experience in sales or a similar role * Possess a valid U.S. driver's license and be able to travel by car * Great time management, interpersonal, and communication skills, both written and verbal
* A great attitude. Some customer service sales calling experience * Good phone etiquette. Organized and highly motivated * Self-disciplined. Able to follow directions
