Create quotations and price lists as needed to support the outside sales function. Support the sales cycle through review and promotion of all elements in the pending quote files. Review and confirm all customer orders with respect to drawing revision levels, order quantity for production, and price break levels before order entry Liaise with customers or prospects as a first line of contact on matters of pricing or product availability. Review post-production work order sheets and propose modifications to routers when needed to improve the quality of the Production Information System. Review the Job Cost Report and Work Order Detail to identify and remedy production variances with respect to the standard used for pricing. Job Requirements
High school diploma or GED required Previous experience in customer service/sales support in manufacturing or transportation Proficiency in Microsoft Office Strong attention to detail
