Analytics Developer-Need to take online Glider test to be considered. Location : Rockville, Hybrid (3 days Government site and 2 days WFM), MD (NOTE* Candidate must be able to come in full 5 days a week onsite in Rockville, MD if client changes to mandatory onsite.** Project type (Contract or Contract to hire): Contract Duration of the project: Long Term Qualifications: Bachelors degree in computer science, Information Systems, Data Analytics, or related field, or 3+ years of experience in analytics development Advanced proficiency in SQL with strong understanding of relational database concepts, including data modeling, normalization, and complex SQL joins Experience working with cloud data platforms preferably BigQuery Experience working with web analytics data and implementing digital analytics tracking (Google Analytics, Google Tag Manager) Hands-on experience with at least one BI tool (Power BI, Tableau, etc.) Experience with Python or other scripting languages Experience working with APIs and data integrations Strong problem-solving and analytical thinking Ability to communicate technical concepts to non-technical stakeholders Ability to leverage AI or machine learning tools to enhance analytics
