Über
Needs to be a true designer and able to run commercial  land development projects  independently. Design of commercial land development projects Perform site design tasks including site layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater management, and erosion/sediment control Complete calculations and analysis to support project designs Prepare and review construction documents, specifications, and cost estimates Collaborate with clients and team members from schematic design through construction administration
Requirements:
Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Civil Engineering 5+ years of experience in all aspects of site design (layout, grading, drainage, utilities, stormwater, erosion & sediment control) Familiarity with current codes, design guidelines, and stormwater management practices Proficiency in Civil 3D
Preferred
Professional Engineer (PE) license Experience in the design-build and commercial development industry
