This is a fully in-person role; we do not offer remote or hybrid options.
What you'll do Migrate new customers off their old support system to Pylon Within your first week, run customer migration meetings Communicate directly with customers and become their main "problem-solver" as they navigate rebuilding their processes and data in Pylon Become a deep product expert and guide customers to the right solution. The customer isn't always right and they often don't know what they want. It's up to you to teach them Contribute to pre-sales calls as the be-all-end-all for potential solutions Be an expert not only in Pylon, but also the systems we migrate from (Zendesk, Intercom, etc.) Juggle many customers at once and drive them to completion. Iteratively improve the migration process Requirements
Located in (or will relocate to) San Francisco and excited about working in-person Very organized, hard working and fast. You will be juggling many migrations at once. Detail-oriented and fast learner. You'll need to become the product expert in many tools quickly. An interest in tinkering with the product and suggesting improvements
