The
Sales Operations Analyst (Lead Optimization)
will play a critical role in supporting our residential lead distribution workflow. This role is responsible for analyzing reports, identifying trends, and working with sales partners to make necessary enhancements to our lead distribution. To thrive in this role, the ideal candidate should possess a solid background in analytics, with a proven track record of turning data into actionable recommendations. A foundational understanding of sales operations will be beneficial in navigating our sales processes and ensuring alignment between analytics and operational strategies.
Job Duties:
Data mining of new and established reports to identify performance issues and propose resolutions (geographic gap, performance gap, etc.)
Work with inside and outside sales partners to adjust or expand our network where opportunities exist
Document and define daily processes, exceptions and associated business rules
Execute ongoing enhancements to the lead distribution model based on data analysis, business needs, and evolving market conditions, ensuring seamless implementation and alignment with company objectives
Work with the PowerPlay and inside sales teams to grow our subscription count by identifying areas of opportunity
Support our inside and outside sales partners by providing them data points they need to have conversations with our dealers around performance
Support the Lead Optimization Manager with other tasks as needed
Minimum Requirements:
Education
Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in analytics or business
Work Experience
3+ years working in sales operations, analytics, business operations or similar field
Knowledge / Skills / Abilities
Proficiency in analyzing large sets of data (using Microsoft Excel and Power BI) to identify patterns and trends
Excellent communication skills
Ability to work independently and with cross-functional team
Understanding of sales processes and strategies
Strong organization and time management skills
Preferred Qualifications:
Work Experience
Familiarity with Customer Relationship Management (CRM) systems and sales automation tools
Knowledge of statistical modeling and predictive analytics techniques for sales performance optimization
Leverage Databricks and other big data platforms to extract, transform, and analyze large datasets
Physical Demands:
While performing the duties of this job, the employee is regularly required to talk and hear; and use hands to manipulate objects or controls. The employee is regularly required to stand and walk. On occasion, the incumbent may be required to stoop, bend, or reach above the shoulders. The employee must occasionally lift to 25 pounds. Specific conditions of this job are typical of frequent and continuous computer-based work requiring periods of sitting, close vision, and the ability to adjust focus. Occasional travel.
