Our involvement in U.S. data centers represents some of the largest and most complex engineering projects today. Join us as a
Project Manager
on our distinguished Data Center Project Management team, where you will oversee extensive cross-disciplinary design projects, encompassing site investigations, facility development, and major utility infrastructure, all while ensuring successful delivery on time and within budget. As the project lead, you will coordinate with technical teams, effectively manage resources, and drive high-quality execution for critical projects. This role offers an exciting opportunity to implement innovative solutions that bolster global digital infrastructure within a dynamic and collaborative environment. Key Responsibilities: Assemble and lead project teams, effectively matching skills and resources with project objectives. Clearly define and communicate project scope, schedule, and budget; serve as the primary liaison with clients and contractors. Develop and manage budgets, monitor costs, and ensure financial success throughout the project lifecycle. Secure necessary resources and ensure timely completion of all project phases. Implement quality management plans and ensure compliance with standards. Identify potential risks and employ strategies to minimize their impact. Conduct regular meetings with clients and teams to ensure alignment and monitor progress. Maintain comprehensive documentation and records for all project phases. Establish strong relationships with clients to encourage future opportunities. Coordinate contract negotiations and have a solid understanding of billing processes. Mentor team members on best practices in project management. Ensure project data integrity and enforce safety regulations. Your Passion and Contributions: A collaborative work ethic. Qualifications: Bachelor's degree in engineering preferred; an associate degree with relevant experience is also acceptable. 6+ years of project experience in the Architecture, Engineering, and Construction industry with increasing responsibilities. 2+ years of project management experience in an industry-related role, which may overlap with project experience. Knowledge of engineering/design terminology, contracts, finance, and operations. Demonstrated ability to meet client expectations through effective project management.
