** We are seeking a dynamic and detail-oriented Systems Administrator to join our team. In this vital role, you will be responsible for managing and maintaining our IT infrastructure, ensuring optimal system performance, security, and reliability. Your expertise will support our mission to innovate and lead in the spa manufacturing industry by providing robust system solutions that empower our operations worldwide.

* Administer, maintain, and optimize Windows Server environments (AD, DNS, DHCP, Group Policy). * Manage, configure, and troubleshoot SQL Server databases, including backups, performance tuning, and query optimization. * Support and maintain Microsoft Dynamics (CRM/ERP) systems—user management, customization, integrations, and issue resolution. * Monitor and manage network infrastructure, including switches, firewalls, VPNs, and wireless systems. * Oversee patching, updates, and system hardening across servers and endpoints. * Perform root-cause analysis for system outages and implement long-term fixes. * Collaborate with internal teams to support business applications and technical initiatives. * Maintain documentation on system configurations, processes, and policies. * Assist with IT security initiatives, audits, and compliance requirements. * Provide Tier 2/3 technical support as needed.
*Qualifications*
*Required*
* 3-5+ years of experience as a Systems Administrator or similar role. * Strong proficiency with Windows Server (2016/2019/2022). * Hands-on experience with Microsoft SQL Server (administration, tuning, backups, T-SQL). * Familiarity with Microsoft Dynamics CRM or Dynamics 365 administration. * Solid understanding of networking concepts (TCP/IP, VLANs, firewalls, routing, VPN). * Experience with virtualization platforms (VMware or Hyper-V). * Knowledge of backup/restore strategies and disaster recovery planning.
*Preferred*
* Microsoft certifications (MCSA, MCSE, AZ-104, etc.). * Experience with cloud services (Azure AD, M365, Azure infrastructure). * Scripting experience (PowerShell preferred). * Exposure to ITIL or formal change management processes. xawqmyg
Pay: $60,177.34 - $72,471.63 per year
