Your tasks: You will develop, in collaboration with management, a forward-looking HR strategy based on tangible facts, and ensure its implementation. You are responsible for workforce planning in relation to our current growth and future skill needs. You actively support development and change management. You will evolve our recruitment measures. You will consistently strengthen and deploy our employer brand. You will design and implement sustainable personnel and management development. You will develop our performance management system. You will efficiently manage HR operational processes and be responsible for HR budgeting and monitoring. You will supervise our HR system and establish regular reporting to management and the board. You will drive the continuous improvement of HR processes while ensuring compliance. You will lead and develop a small HR team, both technically and personally. Your profile: Solid tertiary-level HR training (e.g., MAS in HR management or equivalent), ideally complemented by expertise in HR development or change management. Several years of experience in a leading HR function within a similar-sized organization; experience in the public or non-profit sector is a plus. Experience in designing, implementing, and deploying key HR management elements. Fluency in German or French with a good understanding of the other language, as well as good knowledge of English (spoken and written). Ability to work independently in a structured and solution-oriented manner. Interest in a dynamic environment. What Movetia offers: More than just a job!
