Are you passionate about data and eager to apply your skills in a real-world setting? We're seeking a motivated intern to join our data strategy & business solutions team. Our team is part of Daimler Truck Finance and supports the organization globally in all data related questions. Within this internship, you'll be able to contribute to our daily business as well as driving a dedicated project around the topic of master data management. This initiative aims to increase our master data quality in all relevant finance processes and systems. As an intern, you'll collaborate closely with experienced data consultants. Whether you're interested in financial processes and systems, business intelligence, or data management, this internship offers a unique opportunity to learn and grow. WHAT YOU CAN EXPECT
  • Work closely with our international team on all day-to-day tasks around the topics of data management (e.g. User story definition, project management and testing)
  • Drive design and implementation of concepts for master data management in coordination with the specialist departments as well as consulting and support
  • Ensure maintenance and coordination of master data as well as continuous optimization of the system and master data quality
  • Support in consulting of other finance departments
  • Drive and support further digitalization projects

THAT'S WHY YOU ARE A MATCH
  • You are currently studying business administration, business informatics, economics or a comparable specialization
  • You have experience with BI systems, e.g. SAP BW and ERP systems such as SAP S/4 HANA
  • Knowledge of databases, data applications, data modeling as well as data governance, data quality and data analytics
  • Experience in finance processes and project management
  • Confident handling of MS Office, especially Excel and PowerPoint
  • Good written and spoken German and English skills
  • Your studies require you to do a mandatory internship
