In order to continue developing our bank in the years to come, we are looking for a responsible private customer advisor with a focus on customer experience and the ability to support the development of their team's skills.As a responsible private customer advisor, you will:- Lead a team of 9 to achieve the common objectives of the sector,- Guide your team to provide our private clients with advice and services in the areas of day-to-day management, retirement planning, and investments, while offering them a unique customer experience,- Support the development of the skills of team members, both functional and behavioral,- Represent the bank externally by maintaining an active network with various parties in the banking sector,- Have confirmed experience in managing a team and in private customer advisory,- Show a sense of responsibility, adaptability, and the ability to mobilize your team,- Be capable of understanding your team members and developing their skills.We work in a friendly environment.
