**What You'll Be Doing**
+ Operate cranes to lift, move, position, and reposition loads.
+ Conduct pre-operational checks and inspections.
+ Communicate with team members to ensure safe and efficient operations.
+ Maintain equipment and report any issues or malfunctions.
+ Adhere to safety protocols and regulations at all times.
**What Are We Looking For**
+ Proven competency in crane operation and load management.
+ Stiff Boom 40 Tonnes and Under Level A Certification
+ Strong understanding of safety procedures and regulations.
+ Effective communication skills and teamwork abilities.
+ Ability to perform physical tasks and operate machinery.
+ Problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
**Conditions of Employment**
+ Successful candidate must submit to post-offer pre-employment physical examination and background check.
**Work Environment**
+ Role operates primarily in environments where the conditions include moving mechanical equipment, inclement weather, heat, cold, humidity, and elevated noise level.
