Beautiful hospitality comes from the heart, and it is with passion that we make it shine every day.To complement our team, we are looking for a: Receptionist Workplace: Beau-Rivage Type of contract: Fixed-termResponsibilities You will be responsible for managing daily arrivals, including room assignments, VIP receptions, and ensuring smooth communication with all departments of the hotel. You will be tasked with monitoring the satisfaction of current clients and anticipating their needs. You will oversee the check-in and check-out processes of individual clients and be responsible for updating and adhering to the hotel's operational procedures. You will also organize and lead regular meetings with the reception team, participate in training for new staff, and ensure clear and effective communication with the team, the Head of Reception, and other departments.Profile sought You have a qualification in hospitality (CFC, hotel school, CAP/BEP/BTS). You have acquired 2 to 4 years of experience in a similar role, preferably in a 5-star establishment. You master the use of software tools (Opera, Word, Excel, PowerPoint). You possess managerial and operational management skills. You have a keen sense of hospitality, customer service, and an excellent demeanor. You are bilingual in French and English, and knowledge of German is an advantage.
