The position is within the Real Estate Management Department (DI), which is tasked with defining the real estate portfolio, developing the coherence of monitoring major projects according to schema X, in collaboration with the main services of the Department of Territory, the Department of Infrastructure, and the Department of Health, optimizing the monitoring of spaces and their future, while ensuring the proper functioning of services. More than 230 professionals perform their daily missions with a constant concern for excellence, with a sense of service and responsibility. The infrastructure continuity service is one of the services whose main mission is, through the presence on each site of various trades, to ensure the maintenance of the hospital comprising medical and logistical equipment, buildings, and their surroundings. As a Mechanical Maintenance Technician, you maintain, monitor, troubleshoot, revise, improve, and ensure the efficient operation of the sector's machinery and equipment, particularly the maintenance of rolling stock, equipment fleet, and small machines. You make autonomous decisions on X projects while respecting the defined priorities in terms of vital or secondary parameters for safety. You ensure preventive and corrective maintenance. You assist with periodic checks conducted by accredited bodies and perform control rounds and surveys. You follow up on alarms from monitoring systems (building technical management). You keep working documents up to date, carry out replenishment orders, actively participate in procedures in accordance with the evolutions of the sector, take on the role of technical advisor to the mechanical sector, and oversee and monitor work performed by external companies. You enjoy finding solutions to complex technical challenges and also thrive in simpler and routine tasks. You are autonomous while also appreciating teamwork, adhering to a planned schedule, and ensuring urgent interventions at the request of the control center and during the on-call service. You hold a Federal Certificate of Competence (CFC) as a mechanic or a similar diploma with at least 5 years of professional experience in maintenance and troubleshooting of complex machinery and equipment. You have very good theoretical and practical knowledge and are comfortable with the maintenance of mechanical and electromechanical equipment, welding, etc. You are fluent in spoken and written French, express yourself clearly, and have a good knowledge of common office software (Microsoft Office) as well as technical software. With a strong customer service orientation, team spirit, and openness to change, you manage your activities with ease and integrate well into your work environment. Thanks to your calm, composed, and discreet personality, you easily establish a relationship of trust with your interlocutors, demonstrating support and a readiness to assist colleagues while being sensitive to the presence of challenges and additional constraints. You have a regular schedule, while also being available outside working hours, including nights, weekends, and holidays for on-call service according to a shift rotation.
