As part of the development of the mChef·fe de projet OPC m2 - Project ManagementIn the context of the development of the m2 metro and the future m3 metro, a program jointly supported by the Canton of Vaud, the City of Lausanne, and the tl, we are strengthening our project management team. This large-scale project aims to meet the growing mobility needs of the people of Lausanne and to ensure a high-performance and sustainable transport network for the decades to come. To support the program's overall management and control, we are looking for our future:Project Manager OPC m2 - Project ManagementYour missionsAs a project manager OPC, you play a central role in scheduling, managing, and coordinating works and interventions on the m2 site, and then on the future m3. You ensure the smooth progress of the works and interventions on the site for all the needs of the m2 project, coordinating with the operator/maintainer's site interventions while ensuring the continuity of the metro service. You coordinate site interventions for partners (industrialists, construction companies, operator, maintainer). You establish the schedule for site interventions across different timelines (monthly, weekly, daily). You adjust the schedule for site interventions based on project developments, unplanned interventions from the operator/maintainer, and any related projects. You optimize interventions for the project and the possibilities of concurrent work with the operator-maintainer, industrialists, and companies. You manage the overall site intervention program and prepare profiling reports. You hold a degree in engineering, architecture, or project management, or an equivalent qualification. You have confirmed experience of at least 5 years in the management of complex infrastructure projects, ideally in the field of public railway transportation and construction. You are proficient in recognized management tools such as MS Project, Primavera, Tilos, or equivalents. Your ability to work in multidisciplinary environments and manage multiple interfaces is essential. You demonstrate a sharp analytical mind, great rigor, and a developed sense of organization.
